Our Story

The STNDRD, birthed out of an acute dissatisfaction for available residential living accommodations and a drive for personal home ownership, was established behind two main goals, the transformation of the consumer mindset in regards to affordable high-end living options, and the introduction of an undisputed, uncompromising standard of luxury living.

Karrington Christian

Principal Designer

A 2021 graduate from The University of Tennessee - Chattanooga, Karrington has presided as the sole owner and lead designer of high-end interior design firm K. Moderne since 2017. Carrying a very much already inimitable resume and portfolio of work, he continues to study while refining his craft to create illustrious, transcendent spaces that defy time and industry norms through unparalleled quality and a comprehensive understanding of consumer desire. Karrington currently serves as the principle designer for The STNDRD.

Grant Cain

Director of Marketing & Sales

A 2020 graduate from Morehouse College, with a degree in Business Administration and concentration in Marketing, Grant has worked on numerous sales and marketing teams including most recently, Dell Technologies and Hanes Brand Inc. Grant currently manages our social media, website, and marketing channels, while also serving as the chief contact for all sales and home purchases.
